The duo -Jonathan Paik x Will Fredendall- has been collaborating for over six years. Paik works with new technology, merging the keyboard and synthesizer to explore sound with spontaneity while grounding in deep improvised traditions. Fredendall works with the flute, an instrument found in musical traditions thousands of years old yet still ripe for exploration. Together, -Jonathan Paik x Will Fredendall- will create a sound reminiscent of the old while feeling distinctly of this age.
The duo -Max Glazier x Will Fredendall- is a project new enough to feel fresh, an exciting conversation between two dedicated musicians. Their music explores the deep history percussion with flute, and using a mixture of groove and free time the duo merges between old and new sounds seamlessly.
