About the event
The musicians have been looking for special violins for this performance. Original aleatoric music by Melinda Rice and Carlos Santiago played on the violins that they have found, including a beloved violin from a friend’s high school years, an Irish instrument passed down for generations, a brand-new instrument by an amateur maker in PA, a tiny instrument, and the violinists’ own instruments.
The same chance music with different instruments and different chances.
Tickets: $0-$20
Special note: If you have an instrument that you’d like to join the list of instruments to be played, please contact us. Taking violins right now. Considering other instruments as the project continues.
